I am compelled to draft this note of appreciation and testimony for a job well done by Kris Arnold, President and Owner of KA Construction and his staff of co-workers.  I met Kris while he was repairing a neighbor’s home which had water penetration in the lower level due to an error made by the original builder.  It was during this process of repair that I learned quickly that Kris was not only skilled at his trade by extremely knowledgeable regarding proper building practices.

Soon after I had an opportunity to ask for Kris’ help on a similar project at my home, where a concrete slabbed patio failed and water was penetrating the substructure.  Kris was diligent about correcting the problem, then assisted in designing a replacement patio deck that is absolutely spectacular in appearance with footing and supporting under-structures that provide a solid base.

My wife and I could not have been more pleased by the quality of workmanship, prompt service and most importantly the genuine care and attention to detail that Kris has become noted for.  He has earned my highest accolades for the work he did for me and I have referred him to other neighbors who now echo these same sentiments I would not hesitate to call on KA Construction to assist me with my next building repair

I moved to Traverse City, MI in 2009 after the death of my husband and bought a home here.  Naturally, I did not know local contractors but wanted a few changes made to my new home.  The first thing was to have an egress window put in the basement.  Someone at my church recommended Kris Arnold of KA Construction.  I contacted him and several other potential companies and finally decided on KA Construction.  I have worked with many contractors over my lifetime and find working with Kris Arnold has been one of my best experiences in home improvement.  In any construction there are problems that develop, Kris was able to anticipate many situations, prepare my home, my plans and my project in a most professional way.  He guided me on selection of materials and kept within the budget.  He managed all required permits and inspections.  I have had two other projects on my home completed with KA Construction and have been enthusiastic about each project.  I highly recommend Kris Arnold and KA Construction for all your construction needs.
