The owners wanted to achieve two goals with this remodel: update the exterior of the home and gain more space in the kitchen and dining areas for family gatherings. To update the exterior, we did a facelift from top to bottom: new windows, doors, siding, trim and decks. Keeping the existing structure, new color and trim details created new life and character for the outside.
On the inside, we knocked out the middle dividing walls allowing for a bigger kitchen and dining room. This created an open space combining the two areas for a more family friendly space. The kitchen has a country kitchen design with white cabinets, quartz counters, stainless appliances, brick and tile accents and custom trim details.
The stairway area was also remodeled, along with the paint and trim in other parts of the home. In the end we were able to turn this common tri-level into a modern and inviting home.
