Our talented team of local craftsmen retained the downtown charm when the home which has been in the family for nearly 100 years was completely replaced. The square footage of the new home is over double the original home, allowing the owners ample space for their children and grandchildren to visit.
Upon entering this home you will notice the colonial style with Victorian accents throughout. The amenities include tile and hardwood floors, red oak trim, custom tile shower, quartz countertops, GE slate appliances, custom cabinetry, one-of-a-kind hardwood and tile staircase, crown molding and much more. Many details in the new home mimic the prior home including front porch design, gable details and interior trim. We were also able to reuse some of the original doors, trim and other wood working items to the delight of the family.
We enjoyed working on this unique project and incorporating many of the family’s lingering memories into their new home and hope our efforts make it possible to create new memories for the next generation.
