Lower Level Luxe

This project began with an unfinished basement in one of the older homes in downtown Traverse City. The homeowner wanted to create a custom theater room, wet bar, laundry room and craft room. Due to the age of the home, there were a number of struggles including wiring and plumbing issues, clearance, heating problems and much more. Every room had its challenges. However, the finished project was worth the troubleshooting. The homeowners are now enjoying their lower level - I don’t think we can even call it a basement any longer!
