The homeowners had several goals in mind for this remodel: a larger kitchen area for entertaining, main floor laundry, open living spaces and updated bathrooms. By extending into the already oversized garage and adding vaulted ceilings with the addition of a dormer with windows for more natural light, we were able to maximize their existing footprint, double the kitchen space and open the living area. In the master bathroom, we installed a custom tile shower with glass enclosure on two sides to create a more open feel without the need for increasing the floor space. In the guest bathroom, we designed and built a custom vanity and mirror to go with the homeowners design.
